In our grief empowerment group, we believe in the power of reciprocity and collective support. One way we foster this is through our accountability roles, which offer members the opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of our meetings.

Each accountability role plays a vital part in creating a safe, empowering, and inclusive space for everyone. By taking on these roles, members have the chance to give back to the group, share their strengths, and contribute to the overall success of our meetings.

We encourage all members to consider volunteering for an accountability role as a way to enrich their experience within the group and support others on their grief journey.

Our Angel Mom Collective serenity prayer

God, grant us the serenity to accept the things we cannot change, the courage to change the things we can, and the wisdom to know the difference. As mothers who have known the deepest of sorrows, help us find peace amidst our pain, strength to carry on, and love to keep our children's memories alive. With your guidance, we rise from the depths of grief with power, embracing each day with grace, love and resilience.

Our Collective Intention

The Angel Mom Collective is a community of moms who come together to share their experiences, strength, and hope as they navigate the challenges of loss. Our aim is to support one another in coping with the pain of grief and to assist others in their journey towards healing.

The only requirement for membership in our group is a willingness to seek support and comfort in the midst of grief. There are no fees or dues for participating; we sustain our group through our own voluntary contributions.

Our grief support group is non-affiliated with any particular religious denomination, political ideology, or organization. We do not seek to promote or endorse any specific beliefs or agendas. Our sole purpose is to provide a safe and compassionate space for individuals to process their grief and find solace in the company of others who understand.

Our primary objective is to support one another in finding ways to navigate the grieving process and ultimately to find hope and healing amidst the pain of loss. Our collective goal is to offer comfort, understanding, and solidarity to those who are grieving and to extend a helping hand to others who are on a similar journey toward healing.

Angel Mom Triads

Experience the unique support of being paired with two other moms in our Angel Triads. These small, intimate groups foster deep connections, offering mutual support, understanding, and companionship on your journey of healing and growth.

Key Features of Angel Triads:

1. Small, Intimate Groups: Angel Triads consist of just three members, creating a safe and cozy space for authentic sharing and connection. This small group setting allows for deeper bonds to form and more personalized support to be exchanged.
   
2. Mutual Support: In Angel Triads, support flows both ways. As you offer empathy, encouragement, and advice to your fellow moms, you'll also receive the same in return. This reciprocal dynamic fosters a sense of belonging and mutual empowerment within the group.
   
3. Understanding and Empathy: Being paired with two other moms who understand the unique challenges you face can be incredibly validating and comforting. In Angel Triads, you'll find kindred spirits who can empathize with your struggles and celebrate your triumphs, creating a space where you feel truly seen and heard.
   
4. Companionship on the Journey: Navigating the journey of healing and growth can feel less daunting when you have companions by your side. In Angel Triads, you'll have two supportive allies who will walk alongside you, offering comfort, guidance, and solidarity as you navigate the ups and downs of motherhood and life after loss.
